Receptionist/Assistant
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team! Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately
- Coordinate calendar management for appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary office setting is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
