Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team! Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
  • Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately
  • Coordinate calendar management for appointments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary office setting is preferred
  • Proficient in computerized systems for data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
